I can therefore enjoy them without guilt. I wanted to add some protein in there but then I decided to just leave it as is☺️
Whisk together the eggs and the sugar until well blended.
Add in the coconut water and flour little by little until you finish the coconut water.
Then, add the water and continue to mix with the flour. The texture of the mix should be gluey, so add water and flour until the texture looks like it should.
add the olive oil and cinnamon and mix well - there shouldn’t be any clumps of flour in the dough. If you want to add the protein 🍫, you add it at the same time as the flour and up the dose of water by 1/4 cup. Enjoy!!
